I came across QPC Computer through Yelp. Very good, honest and knowledgeable computer guy. He can do a lot of things included phone system and cabling which will save time and very convenient for us. I have used Quang over a year now and I am very glad to write this review for him. I would strongly recommend him to everyone.

QPC computer was great - very responsive and helpful. I reached out to a few businesses based off Yelp reviews to get a Lenovo laptop keyboard replaced. I had limited time and needed someone to repair or replace my keyboard within a week. Quang replied within minutes. And I call him and got straight to the point re: cost and time to fix, which I really appreciated. Other places said they would have to see the laptop to determine the price etc. but it was just a standard model that should have had a standard fix. As soon as the replacement keyboard arrived (which Quang ordered), he informed me, and I stopped by one afternoon to get it replaced (took less than 30mins with the wait, and actual keyboard replacement only took a few mins). Everything was smooth and fast.
Bottom line - I know where to go if I have any future laptop needs/fixes. Highly recommend!

I have a staffing business and I move my office to different office. I looked at yelp and found QPC Computer. I called the guy and he was able to came in about over an hour. I have a server and several computers and printers that hooking to it. I don't have the furniture there yet, but I want to see if the network working in the new office. I have new Spectrum Internet. I have tried to connect little bit by myself, and I ran into some problem. The IT guy came in and this seems very easy to him. He connected everything with new Internet and all are working great. Because my furniture is not in place, so we scheduled he will come back in a few day.
He came back next Monday and setup everything. I don't have back up system for my staffing business software. I have the old software on the server and that software did not have support. Years ago, the software company moved that staffing software to cloud and want me to pay $8000/year for subscription. I could not afford that I stuck with my old software now and thank Gods, it still working okay. He recommended and setup the back up drive for me. Also he wanted to do image backup of the whole server. He said, in case of my old server fails, he can rebuild it back. Otherwise, if server fails, and I don't have software support, I might not able to get that software back working. I like the guy and his recommendation. He is not a break and fix guy. He likes a system administrator, he looks at the whole system and the situation and find a solution for it. His service charge is very good too compare to other computer company I used before. I recommend this guy to anyone out there who needs computer service.

I had contacted QPC Computer on Sunday afternoon, requesting a quote on Yelp and I thought they will reply to me on Monday. I was so surprised that they were replied my quote within 10 minutes. After a few exchange information, they came out on Monday morning and replaced my broken Dell laptop screen.
I didn't have to come to his office, he came to my house at 9:30 and it took him about 45 minutes to replace my Dell laptop screen. He knew exactly what is he doing. I asked him had he done replace screen before. He smile and said, many time. I am enjoyed to look at him fixing my laptop. I is so quick and so handy.
After fixing my laptop, he also helping with my wireless network printer at home. I use cable plug into my laptop whenever I print. Now he set it up wireless so I can print it anytime with using cable.
I am very happy with his service and said, I would recommend him
to many of my fiends.

I've had my laptop for about 3 years and recently noticed that it was starting to get slower and freeze on me sometimes. This was frustrating as I am a student who relies on her laptop for essays and research. I told my mom about the issue and she told me to call Quang, the IT guy for her medical office at the Hand Care Center. I gave him a call and he came out to upgrade my computer hard drive. My laptop now runs very fast with no complications. I was afraid I had to replace my laptop, but I don't have to anymore thanks to Quang!
I told him that I would write him a Yelp review so I'm here to tell you all to call Quang to help you with any computer issues. You will not regret it!
